Important Note on Art Vessels
Our hand-painted art vessels are retail-only and released in limited quantities. Wholesale is available for our standard candle line only.
 
Who We Work With

We welcome inquiries from:

• Brick-and-mortar boutiques

• Gift shops and apothecaries

• Wellness studios/spas

• Curated online shops with an established customer base
   

How to Apply
Email sakinatribe@gmail.com with the subject line: Wholesale Inquiry and include:

1. Store name + website + social links

2. Store location(s) (city/state)

3. Business type (brick-and-mortar, online, or both)

4. What you’re interested in + estimated opening order amount

5. Resale certificate / business registration (if applicable)

6. Ship-to address for wholesale deliveries

Once received, we’ll reply with our wholesale line sheet, pricing, and lead times.
Wholesale is available to verified retailers only. We may request additional information to confirm your business.
 
Minimums

• Opening order minimum: $300

• Reorder minimum: $200

• Standard candles only.  We are unable to offer wholesale on art candles at this time.

Lead Times 
Most wholesale orders ship within [7–14 business days] after payment is received and verified. Lead times may vary during launches or high-volume periods.
 
Payment Terms
Wholesale orders are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [credit card / invoice].
 
Shipping
Wholesale shipping is paid by the retailer and calculated based on destination and carrier rates. Orders ship after payment has been received and verified.
 
Important Note
We do not accept requests to pay third-party “shipping agents,” “logistics companies,” or external invoices on a customer’s behalf.
 
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

• damaged item(s)

• outer box + packing materials

• shipping label

We’ll review and determine the best resolution.
