Shipping Information

At Sakina Tribe, we take pride in a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2) Transit Time (U.S.)

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Note: Processing time + transit time = total delivery time.

3) Free Shipping (U.S.)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes, after discounts).

4) Shipping Costs

For orders under the free-shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

5) Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6) Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Sakina Tribe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

7) Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or missing, contact us at sakinatribe@gmail.com and include your order number. We’ll assist with next steps, which may include a carrier investigation. Please note that carrier delays (weather, holidays, peak season) can occur and are outside our control.  

Marked Delivered

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still can’t be found, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

8) Damaged Items (Hand-Painted / Limited Vessels)

We package with care. If your order arrives damaged, please email sakinatribe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item(s)

  • photos of the box and packing materials

  • a clear photo of the shipping label

Because some vessels are hand-painted and limited, replacements may not always be available. If a replacement is possible, please allow 2–3 weeks for recreation and processing.

Damage claims must be submitted with photos and original packaging; we may be unable to approve claims without them.

If a replacement is not available, we will offer one of the following remedies (based on the situation and item availability):

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund for the damaged item, or

  • A comparable replacement (your choice when possible)

9) International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping currently.

10) Important Note on Shipping & Payments

We do not ship orders until payment has been received and verified. We do not accept requests to pay third-party “shipping agents” or “logistics companies” on a customer’s behalf.
