At Sakina Tribe, we want you to love your purchase. Because our items are handcrafted and many are made in small batches, please review our policy below before ordering.

1) Returns (Unused Items Only)

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return authorization (RA), email sakinatribe@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

• your order number

• the item(s) you’d like to return

• the reason for the return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, burned, opened, or tampered products.

2) Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email sakinatribe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• photos of the damaged item(s)

• photos of the box and packing materials

• a clear photo of the shipping label

Because some vessels are hand-painted and limited, replacements may not always be available. If a replacement is possible, please allow 2–3 weeks for recreation and processing. If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit, a refund for the item, or a comparable replacement, depending on availability.

3) Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank 3–7 business days to post the refund.

4) Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• used or burned candles

• opened products

• final sale items (if marked)

• gift cards (if applicable)

Sakina Tribe products are intended for home fragrance, personal ambiance, and intention-setting. Ritual themes (e.g., prosperity, protection, cleansing) are symbolic and results are not guaranteed. Always follow candle safety instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
